The Nature of Opposite Things

Wherever there is light, there is shadow.

Wherever there is length, there is shortness.

Wherever there is white, there is black.

The self nature of things, is that they cannot exist alone. They must have an opposite.

Good has its opposite in evil. Ignorance has its opposite in Enlightenment.
